To promote international Scouting awareness and opportunities, both at
home and abroad, for Orange County Council youth and adults at all
levels of Scouting.
To support BSA's International Division, providing a common resource of programs
and training that increases and enhances American Scouts' experience in the brotherhood
of World Scouting.
